夕方に、散歩。 / Walking at sunset.

夕方、諏訪湖沿いの道を散歩しました。私の暮らす地方都市は観光地でもあるのですが、土曜日と言うのに観光客は見かけませんでした。他にも地元の皆さんが、ウォーキングをしたりサイクリングをしたり、コロナの環境下でも、必要な運動をしていました。やはり体を動かすことは必要と思います。怠ると、コロナとは別な病気にかかってしまうかもしれません。

I took a walk along the shore of Lake Suwa. My town, a provincial city in Japan, is a tourist spot. But I couldn't find any tourists in spite that it is Saturday. Some other locals were also walking or cycling. Even under the corona environment, people was getting their needed exercise. I think everyone needs their exercise. If we shirk the task, we might suffer from another disease.
