デジタルデトックス / Digital detox
六月に入ったら、一ヶ月か三ヶ月ほど、SNSから離れてみようと思います。何かにつけ、パソコンやスマホを相手にする暮らしに、少し嫌気が差して来ました。私が自宅にインターネットを引いてから約二十五年、SNSを始めてからで約十年経ちました。この辺で一度、ネットとの付き合い方を見直そうということです。メール交換などの一部の機能は使っていようと思うので、限定的なデジタルデトックスになります。 / From the first of June, I'll stay away from SNS for a month or three. I'm beginning to get a little tired of living with computers and smartphones in everything. It's been about 25 years since I started the Internet at home, and about 10 years since I started SNS.I think It is time to revise how to interact with the net about now.
